I appreciated that Century 21 had business card type photos of their agents. Since I didn't have a friend recommendation , I wanted to pick someone who I thought would be intelligent and genuine and personable and the photos helped me find Anastacha and then research her website, etc. I'm thrilled to now have a personal realtor for our future home search/purchase and to recommend to friends and family. Yuliia helped us with several communication details and was excellent and incredibly prompt! After losing a couple of places to other buyers, we went back home to Minnesota feeling a bit defeated. Thankfully, Yuliia and Anastacha contacted us promptly when our property's pending sale fell through and we were contacted immediately, before it even went back on the market. We felt very well taken care of and we are now happy owners of that vacation condo!
